Much better selection than most Mexican restaurants. Food was great, drinks were great, service was great!

The best Mexican restaurant in the St. Robert area! The service is always excellent and the food is exquisite! I highly recommend Taquitos al Pastor or Carne Asada. In addition, the drinks are delicious, the Cabo Rita Margarita goes well with a Coronita! ¡Los mejores del area!

Not sure why people are giving bad reviews. We've ate here a few times and really like it. We never have to wait, the menu options are nice because it's not typical Mexican. I call it gourmet Mexican and it's good, the drinks are good too. The only negative I have is the guacamole that was made at our table. No garlic, no cumin, not enough salt. I'm a white boy and I could teach them how to make a guacamole that'll change your life. I'll still go back. Update: went tonight and the place has never been so packed. Maybe one seat left. Wait time was maybe 20 minutes but it flew by because my wife is awesome company. This is a legit eatery.

Everything about this restaurant is 10/10. Definitely recommend everyone to try to eat here. The food was delicious. The service was wonderful and quick. Lastly, the interior was beautiful. I felt like I was in a five star restaurant. Love love love this place.

Fantastic Mexican restaurant. Great food and strong drinks.

People you have to understand we are in the middle of Missouri. With that being said, Cantina Bravo is hands down the best spot for Tex-Mex (Mexican) cuisine in St. Robert / Waynesville and Fort Leonard Wood. Regarles if this is your first time in the area or just passing through. Cantina Bravo checks all the boxes. Is it a bit price? I think not, especially for what you get. Customer service, ambient and definitely food is worth every penny. I keep coming back not just for Taco Tuesday! Great place.

Food was good, service was excellent. They have an extended margarita menu and a large lunch special menu, 11am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Several vegetarian options on the lunch menu, which is rare.

Our first dinner out in months. All I can say is OUTSTANDING. Wife had Pollo con Espinacas and I had Molcajete Mexicano. Excellent meal and didn't break the bank. Service is still the best in St. Robert's area hands down.

This is the best spot for Mexican food in Saint Robert's area for sure. I personally love the three cheese enchiladas with carnitas and peppers on top. Their margaritas are AMAZING!!!

Very clean and fantastic employees. One thing I thought was cool was the guacamole was made fresh right in front of you. A few downfalls, the prices were super high compared to how small the portions were. Also, the dishes we ordered had zero flavor. If I had a choice to come back, I just don't think I would. 🤷

So, so food. The chips are lame. Just too flimsy and not too tasty. The interior and exterior are lovely. The breadth of the menu is amazing. But I have had much better Mexican Food. A real gem is Leo's in Dixon.

Food was outstanding. We travel around the country for work and have a tradition of eating Mexican food when we're on our way out of town and this is by far one of the BEST place we have ever eaten Mexican food! Table side guacamole that we took to go was still green the next day. Our waitress was wonderful. All around great experience can't wait until we come back through next year and get to eat here again.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to! Staff was super friendly and helpful! They have some of the best Micheladas I've had in awhile! Food is oozing with delicious flavors!

It's actually really good. And I'm not just saying that because there isn't much else around. The drinks are good, and the food is seasoned really well. The presentation is also great. The homemade guacamole at your table is a bonus oh, I will definitely be going back.

Food is delicious. The servings are big, so you get your money's worth. Prices are good. Salsa and chips were great. Service was friendly and prompt. Fully enjoyed it, will be back many times again!

The staff isn't attentive as they should be, I had to get up from our table just to get us more napkins. He rarely came to check on us and just kept disappearing. Also, everyone had an extremely difficult time understanding anything the man was saying so I ended up being the translator and ordering for everyone. While I realize we are extremely close to a military base not everyone can speak nor understand Spanish. I believe that it's the waiter/waitresses duty to speak clearly enough so that every patron understands.

Large portions and a vast menu variety make this place a decent option. My only complaint is that the food could have been better seasoned. The service was good and they were able to easily accommodate our group of 10 with no problem. Definitely worth checking out.

The best Mexican food we have had in a long time. The food was very fresh and the service is always friendly!!!

Customer service was nice and friendly but food was over salted and lacked a bit of flavor. The steak seemed like a low grade cut of steak and was overpriced for what portion we got. The fried ice cream was freezer burnt and didn’t seem to have been fried quite long enough. Out of our choices in the area I don’t really think we’ll be coming back to this location.

We normally get to go orders. And the food tastes wonderful. However, we are a bit complicated when it comes to ordering and they have messed it up a few times. But especially today the lady ( African american ) hostess made sure we got our whole meal replaced for free. The other girls tend to only apologize and even though we have to drive the whole way back to pick up the correct order offer a 5% discount. But this one hostess definitely goes out of her way to make sure customers are happy. And that's what we appreciate the most. Everyone makes mistakes or mess up but she makes it right each time :)

The house made guacamole was amazing! The food was good, but the service was a bit lacking. We had to flag someone down twice to get drink refills.

We've been coming here since it opened and the service is consistently wonderful. The food comes out hot and fast, even at lunch and dinner rush. The food is beautifully plated. I highly recommend anything with the spinach poblano sauce, especially the spinach and chicken enchiladas. The fish tacos will also change your life.

My husband just brought our food home, I tried mine it was awful, my husbands chicken taco wasn't even etable, he threw it out, we could eat the chips, salsa, and the beans and rice, we put it back in the bag, and threw it out, maybe the chicken was spoiled, never again! It didn't even smell of cumin, or any Mexican spices, very plain, no flavor!!

We had stopped going here about 8 months ago and started going to Cancun. Then in December Cancun decided to take a break and just shut down. So, we tried the other Mexican places in town again and decided Cantina Bravo is the best. Went again tonight and it was simply magnificent. They have really upped their game on service, lighting and quality of food. Everything is fantastic. The chips are thin, light, crisp and warm. The salsa tastes great. I had the fajitas mexican and it was great, and so much of it. Wife had shrimp diabla, not spicy at all as they should have been but we had some of the hot sauce salsa and it was great with the shrimp. The shrimp itself was large and cooked perfectly. Also had a steak quesadilla which was fantastic. Thank you Cancun for forcing us to try the other restaurants in town and discover how much Cantina Bravo has improved, much better than Cancun ever was in all respects.

The wait staff here is on point! I had the vegetarian quesadilla and it was fantastic!

This restaurant is clean and open with vibrant decor the staff is extremely courteous and Timely. Secondly the portion sizes are a good value for what you pay and the meal itself, was very tasty with a good balance of flavors. I would recommend this place for lunch and or dinner and it looks like it's good for groups or a small party and the drink menu looked fairly extensive with some fun options. .

This place is definitely a charm to enjoy after a long day. I had the Jalapeño jumbo margarita and It was delicious. Also, the fish tacos are a favorite of mine.

Great and spacious atmosphere. Large selection of specials and filled with higher end Hispanic cuisine for a affordable price. Our party actually got pasta and grilled salmon there (which you can never get at a Mexican restaurant) and they were both fantastic!

Definitely a great place to eat if you are out of town. The food is really good and the staff doesn't leave you waiting long. My wife is from California and she hates bad Mexican food.. but she loves Cantina Bravo! She says its nothing like the food in California but its still great! Id say the only complaint is that a couple times i have been there and the floor is a little sticky. I have seen them clean all the table surfaces, but the floors and other areas might get a little neglected. Idk. Over all great experience. I would recommend it to anyone that like Mexican food.

Wonderful food, great service and a nice atmosphere. Try the table side guacamole it’s wonderful. We have never had a bad meal. The portion size is big.

The food was not that great for the price. The best deal there was tequila flights. Going there once was enough for me.

This is one of the better Mexican eateries in the area. There’s a bar area and plenty of seating. Not a chain place but certainly not a hole-in-the-wall joint either. Decent prices and decent food.

Decorative atmosphere and tasty food; both the wife and I enjoyed our plates. Portions are satisfying and we felt we got our money's worth. Of not: if you add alcohol the bill jumps up rather quickly. Satisfied customers a d we will likely return.
